We provide faith-based coaching, educational courses, membership plans, a podcast, articles, recipes, and wellness resources designed to support spiritual, physical, mental, and relational well-being. 2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent if permitted in your jurisdiction) and are legally able to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

3. Accounts & Enrollment

• To access purchased courses or membership benefits, you must create an account using the same email address used at purchase.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Course access is granted individually per course unless you hold an Elite or Unlimited membership that includes course access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse our content.

4. Payment & Billing

• Courses and digital products are one-time purchases billed through Stripe.
• Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually until canceled by you.
• Coaching packages are billed as described at the time of purchase.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our site including text, graphics, course materials, audio, video, downloadable resources, the Restoration Journal, and our branding is owned by or licensed to Magnolia Health & Wellness Ministries and protected by copyright and other laws. You may access and use content for your personal, non-commercial growth. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse our Services, share access with non-purchasers, or attempt to circumvent enrollment or paywalls.
• Harass, threaten, or disrespect our coaches, staff, or community members.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through intake or contact forms.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer our site or platform.

7. Disclaimers

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnolia Health & Wellness Ministries and its coaches, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims or damages arising from your misuse of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Our site may link to external sites (such as our separate course domains, the Covenant Kingdom app, and the Sacred Archive). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.
