Refund Policy

We want your journey with Magnolia Health & Wellness Ministries to be a blessing. This Refund Policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for courses, memberships, coaching packages, and digital products.

Self-Paced Courses (One-Time Purchase)

• If you are not satisfied with a self-paced course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course lessons.
• To request a refund, email info@magnoliahealthandwellnessministries.com with your name, the course title, and the email used at purchase.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are not available after the 14-day window or once a course is more than 25% complete.

Memberships (Recurring Subscriptions)

• Memberships (Kingdom, Covenant, Legacy, Elite, Unlimited Courses) are billed on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your membership at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing your access continues until the end of your current paid period.
• Payments already made for the current period are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Elite and Unlimited membership benefits (such as course selections) may be revoked if a membership is refunded or canceled.

Coaching Packages

• Coaching packages (single sessions, 3-month, and 6-month packages) are refundable as follows: a full refund is available before the first session is held (within 14 days of purchase). Once a session has been conducted, the package is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling of individual sessions is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to coach availability.
• If you are unable to complete purchased sessions due to circumstances beyond your control, contact us to discuss a prorated accommodation in good faith.

Digital Products & Downloads

Downloadable resources (such as workbooks and guides) are non-refundable once access or download has been provided, due to the nature of digital goods.

External Course Domains

Some faith-formation courses are hosted on separate external domains (such as the Woman of God, The Man God Designed You to Be, The Restoration Journey, Sanctum, and Freedom Through Faith). Purchases made on those external sites are governed by the refund policy of that site.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@magnoliahealthandwellnessministries.com with your name, email used at purchase, product name, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, which may exceed the terms described here.
