Stretching for Strength & Flexibility
A 7-module mobility course for every body, every season
Your body was designed to move with freedom but modern life tightens, shortens, and stiffens us. Hours at desks, commutes, and stress settle into the neck, shoulders, back, and hips until what God made for motion becomes a source of pain. This seven-module course is designed to restore that freedom guiding you through targeted stretching protocols for the most commonly strained areas of the body, with specific adaptations for your age group and gender.
You will not find extreme poses or impossible standards here. Instead, you'll discover a biblical, evidence-informed approach to mobility one that honors the body as a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19) and treats flexibility as a form of stewardship. With guided video routines, practical labs, and downloadable protocol sheets, this course will help you build a sustainable stretching practice that makes you stronger, more mobile, and more resilient for the life God has called you to.
“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.”
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
