Secure Love: Healing Anxious Attachment

A 6-module course on healing anxious attachment and learning to love without fear

The Invitation

Do you love hard and then live afraid? Do you read into silence, replay conversations, and reach for reassurance that never quite settles? You are not needy, and you are not too much. You learned a way of loving that once kept you safe, and now it is costing you peace.

This six-module course brings attachment theory and Scripture together. You will learn where the anxious pattern came from, what it is trying to protect, and how the love of God forms a secure place inside you — so you can ask for what you need, tolerate not knowing, repair after conflict, and love someone without losing yourself. Educational and pastoral, not a substitute for professional care.

“There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear.”

1 John 4:18
